The Great Wall of China: Myth or reality?

This one has been 'the elephant in the room', for too long, but in my head.

Explore one of the world's most iconic structures, with your inquisitive mind switched on, and see what you think.

Is it truly visible from space? Was its purpose truly defensive? Delving into  the history may just uncover perspectives often overlooked, encouraging you to question and discover, which of course expands cognition.

Visible from space? Unpacking the myth

For generations, the idea that the Great Wall of China is the only man-made structure visible from space has been a popular notion.

But how much truth really lies behind this claim? Personally, I've never been to space myself, however I encourage you to look beyond the popular narratives and explore the real facts for yourself.

While it certainly is an incredible feat of engineering, experts and astronauts have largely debunked this widely held belief. So look deeper into why this myth persists and what it really tells us about our understanding of history and perception.

Beyond defence: Reconsidering its true purpose

Traditional accounts often state the Great Wall, which is 13, 171 mi.es long!  was built solely to protect China from northern invaders, so what made these 'invaders' such awful people, to warrant a wall of enormous dimensions?

However, I invite you to consider alternative viewpoints. Could its purpose have been entirely different to what we've been told? why does it appear to have been constructed the wrong way around for example?

Or even to keep former civilisations, that have been covered up, out? Have a look into my theory: TARTARIA and see what you think.

Or maybe even more complex than commonly told? I suggest that a critical examination of historical evidence, including older maps and lesser-known historical texts, may suggest other possibilities. Was it maybe just a boundary, a trade route control, or something entirely different?
