The three pillars of existence
Explore the fundamental elements that sustain life itself. Discover why air, food, and water are not just necessities, but gifts from the universe that shape our very being.

Air: the breath of life
The first and most immediate necessity for our biological makeup is air. It surrounds us, an invisible force that fuels every cell in our bodies.
The universe provides this essential element freely, yet its importance is often overlooked until it is scarce.
Despite many thinking we breathe Oxygen, maybe after some very basic research, you understand just how idiotic that would be.
Understanding the quality of the air we breathe and its profound impact on our health is the first step in taking responsibility for our well-being.

Food: our primary fuel
Next, we consider food, the fuel that powers our bodies and minds.
From the earth's rich soil, the universe offers an abundance of nourishment. The choices we make about what we consume directly impact our energy, growth, and overall health.
Through RealEd, I encourage you to develop a conscious relationship with your food, by researching more, and recognising it as a vital component of your own responsibility, for your own body.

Water: the essence of being
Finally, water, the most abundant and perhaps the most critical element for life. It makes up a significant portion of our bodies and is essential for countless biological processes. Just like good air and good food, clean water is a gift from the universe.
Greed has created every problem on earth, including the Manufactured 'food', made on a 3D printer, that we are now facing.
Recognising the importance of hydration and ensuring access to quality water is another cornerstone of your personal responsibility.
The sight of very young children with a waist measurement that exceeds their height, because 'Mummy' feels the need to take Her children to the McDonald's Drive through before She drives them into their school classroom every morning, is frankly disgusting in my opinion, and utterly unnecessary.
Hearing that young children 'dont like this' or 'they don't like colour' simply translates to me as "I am not grown up enough to even think I am a Mother or a Father"
Through RealEd, I hope to empower individuals to understand these fundamental needs, fostering a journey of self-development where your body, and your childs body are truly your responsibility.
