Homeschooling deserves much more than a school timetable at home
If you think homeschooling will be easy, I created RealEd to offer a more honest starting point. Education should not abuse children by reducing them to passive recipients of information. It should help them develop their own brains, form judgements and become capable, educated adults.
A curriculum without narrow compartments
I deliberately don't categorise My curriculum in the way schools commonly do, simply because this isnt about school. And beleve it for not, 'Mummies & Daddies' can get lazy, and forgetful.
The subject discipline is there to be seen, and realised when you click on a page, but the starting point is a real idea, question or connection.
I took this approach to give parents and learners room to think across boundaries rather than memorise within them.
