Understanding mind control

Here at RealEd, I see“mind control” as a starting point for questioning how ideas, media and social pressures can shape the way we think. Popular culture once imagined aliens with special powers, coming to earth, and pointing a silly little 'noodle pot' covered in bacofoil, at a person's head, while a stupid 'whoop whoop' sound played In the background. Of course that was during the earlier times typical hollywood nonsense, (It's still nonsense in my opinion) in fact it's deliberately programmed to be! (AKA Made for idiots, by idiots)

However today, social media can, and does influence attention, beliefs and behaviour without many people even realising.
