Thirdly, start thinking

Welcome to the third step in our journey at RealEd, where we move beyond rote learning to truly engage your mind. This page is all about cultivating an inquisitive spirit, encouraging you to ask questions, challenge norms, and delve deeper into every topic.

Why be inquisitive?

At RealEd, I believe that true education starts with curiosity. Being inquisitive isn't just about asking questions; it's about fostering a mind that actively seeks understanding, challenges assumptions, and explores new perspectives. This isn't just for some; it's for everyone. An inquisitive mind is a growing mind, capable of lifelong learning and adaptation.

The power of 'thinking Thirdly'

'Thinking Thirdly' is one way of saying, "Never assume." It's about consciously stepping back from immediate conclusions and examining all angles. This approach helps adults develop their brains by stimulating critical cognitition, enhancing problem-solving skills, and fostering a deeper understanding of the world around them. It's how we move from simply consuming information to truly internalising and innovating.

30 years ago, I created the phrase of: "the  inquisitive mind prevails, where the assumptive mind fails"
