Understanding M vs F

Have you ever wondered about the saying "Women are from Mars and men are from Venus"? On this page I delve into the intriguing world of male and female cognition.

Mars, Venus, and the mind

Where did the popular saying "women are from Mars and men are from Venus" originate, and how has it influenced our understanding of male and female cognitive differences? In this section I dive into the cultural and scientific interpretations behind these perceived distinctions.

Understanding the nuances of cognition, whether in men or women, is crucial for personal growth and societal harmony. This knowledge empowers you to better comprehend yourself and others, fostering empathy and more effective communication. Discover how appreciating these differences can lead to profound insights.

Testosterone vs Estrogen

The influences of testosterone on males, and estrogen  on females extend far beyond reproductive functions; they significantly influence cognitive processes and behaviour. In this section I'll try to highlight the key differences and impacts of these hormones on male and female brains, offering a foundational understanding of inherent predispositions.

So accept the universe, accept nature, and accept that humans are not 'all built the same'. Instead just accept that you don't know as much as you thought you did.

Estrogen (F) has long been proven to increase cognitive memory ability, but not so good on spatial awareness, but in documented studies, females begin to speak, and more fluently, at a younger age than males do

The Differences are very real, but actually quite minimal and are understood in Neurology, so there's another area to research more.

Mars and Venus don't really account for the universe!

And of course: Chocolate

    • Here's a rew points to be aware of:
    • Chocolate boosts serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain, chemicals responsible for happiness and relaxation.
    • It contains phenylethylamine sometimes referred to as the “love drug,” which mimics the brain’s response to falling in love.
    • Women often turn to chocolate during stressful times, due to its ability to reduce cortisol, the stress hormone.
    • The creamy texture and rich flavour of chocolate will provide a 'quick-fix' to create neorological comfort and pleasure.
    • Media and advertising portray chocolate as a symbol of love, luxury, and self-care.
    • Gifting chocolate appears to have reinforced its emotional significance in relationships and celebrations.

So we cant change lfe to suit us, and this why I do believe that families and communities are far superior to the mind control we've all been subjected to for years, and if you cant see that, you better get a big bar of chocolate and have a read:  MIND CONTROL
